Optimized supplier payment terms = Goods Purchase Financing with A³ Trading Partner = A³IF
Our own trading activities are clearly focused on DIY items, on the retail level before the hardware store.
In general, we want to be a partner for German SMEs and therefore offer needs-based optimization solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), regardless of the industry – as an alternative or supplement to expensive and complicated banking offerings. We successfully support SMEs with goods purchase financing, and are happy to support you as well, in almost every industry.
We offer you the purchase of non-perishable goods through our trading house with an extended payment term of up to 90 calendar days. Perishable goods requiring approval are excluded.
Goods purchase financing, A³IF (A³ Invoice Finance), works simply as follows:
- We purchase the goods you require from your supplier on our account
- The goods are delivered directly to a delivery location specified by you (forward shipment)
- After delivery, your company is invoiced with a maximum payment term of 90 calendar days from the delivery date
- For the provision of our services, we charge a handling fee of 6.4% of the respective invoice amount per invoice, with a payment term of up to 90 calendar days
- For new customers, we charge a one-time onboarding fee of 1.0% of the financing amount.
